The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS SB 64(RLS) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to SB 64? Effective Date YEAS: 17 NAYS: 2 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Egan, Gardner, Giessel, Hoffman, Kelly, MacKinnon, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson Nays: Hughes, Shower Excused: Stedman and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(RLS) "An Act adopting the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act; relating to environmental real property covenants and notices of activity and use limitation at contaminated sites to ensure the protection of human health, safety, and welfare, and the environment; and providing for an effective date." 2018-05-10 Senate Journal Page 3032 Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
